To open Do this the next message in a list of messages Choose Collaborate > Navigation > Next Item. the previous message Choose Collaborate > Navigation > Previous Item.         Reminder With the reading pane open, you can open first unread messages, then read messages (starting with the oldest) by pressing the space bar.
